Refunds for Digital Goods

Ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital products are non-returnable once delivered or made available.

For customers in the European Union, by purchasing digital content you expressly consent to delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or access begins.

For audiobooks, there is a SoundCloud sample which you can listen to for free before purchasing.

Please choose carefully. Refunds for digital goods are only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of the first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded if you notify us within 30 days of your order.

Preorders for Digital Goods

If a digital product is sold as a preorder, you may cancel before the digital content is supplied where required by applicable law. Once the ebook, audiobook, or other digital content has been delivered or made available, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds for Print Books

If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
